At Click & Glow, we aim to get your beauty and professional hair products to you safely and efficiently.

We currently deliver to addresses within:

South Africa

Orders are generally processed once payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed after 16:00hrs may be processed on the following business day.

Estimated delivery:

Major centres: 5-7 business days
Regional areas: 7-10 business days
Remote areas: 7-10 business days

These are estimates rather than guarantees.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the applicable delivery option and destination.

Free delivery: Only on orders over R1000.00

Where tracking is available, customers will receive the relevant tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.

If incorrect information results in additional delivery costs, the customer may be responsible for those costs, subject to applicable law.

If your parcel appears damaged when delivered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, take photographs of the parcel and its contents before disposing of any packaging.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate with the relevant courier.
